Any single item in a column sets the price. If your dryer sits on the second floor, it is a Long Run even when the run is short. Stacked and closet units are Long Run regardless of length.
The Roof is $279 plus tax if the pitch is steep or the house is tall. We will tell you which before we start.
The number we say on the walk-through is the number on the invoice. If we misjudge it, that is on us.

How often should a dryer vent be cleaned?+
Many homes benefit from annual cleaning, but run length, dryer use, pets, and the number of turns can change that. Slower drying is a reason to have it checked sooner.
What are the warning signs?+
Long drying cycles, a hot laundry room, a burning smell, lint around the outside cap, or a dryer that shuts off can all point to restricted airflow.
Do you clean roof vents?+
Yes. Roof exits are priced separately because safe access and the vent path require different work. A steep roof or tall house is $279 plus tax, confirmed before work starts.
How do I know if mine is a Long Run?+
Second floor, over 15 feet, three or more turns, or a cap you cannot reach from the ground. Any one of those makes it $199 plus tax. Tell us the floor and where it vents out when you book and we will tell you the price before we come.
