Our standard residential cleaning, The Clean, is $189 plus tax. The Long Run is $229 plus tax, and The Roof starts at $299 plus tax where the roof can be accessed safely. Repairs and reroutes are quoted separately.
The three cleaning packages
These are the packages listed on our pricing page:
- The Clean, $189 plus tax: a standard residential dryer vent with a normal-length run, an accessible dryer, and a ground-level or first-floor exterior exit.
- The Long Run, $229 plus tax: longer vent systems, second-story exits, crawlspace access, multiple elbows, or runs that are otherwise more difficult or time-consuming.
- The Roof, starting at $299 plus tax: vents that exit through an accessible roof.
What decides which package applies
The vent itself decides the price, not the size of the house. Where the vent exits, how it is routed, and how it can be accessed all matter. A second-floor laundry room does not automatically mean The Long Run; it depends on the actual run. We confirm the package with you before work starts.
What a cleaning includes
Each cleaning includes brush and vacuum cleaning of the vent, airflow readings before and after cleaning, a check that the dryer operates after reconnection, and a review of what we found. We inspect accessible portions of the vent with a camera and explain any access limitations.
Roof vents
Roof work depends on safe access, weather, roof pitch, and conditions. We do not service unsafe, wet, or excessively steep roofs. If your roof cannot be reached safely, we will tell you before the visit or on arrival.
When a separate quote is needed
Crushed or disconnected ducting, damaged exterior hoods, and vents that need rerouting are repairs, not cleaning. We explain what we found and quote the repair before doing any of it.
